He did just what I needed and explained why I had the problem. That was what I expected from having had one of your technicians previously. Our tech was very polite and courteous and thoroughly checked out my computer. Sometimes technicians have a way of making a novice feel somewhat stupid for not being able to trouble shoot a problem.
